We offer each a voyage of discovery, with amazement as the core constituent. Employees and volunteers will explore each other’s knowledge, expertise, culture and way of working. They will share stories and experiences and discover that the other has a considerable amount to offer. This will engender a fresh energy for working together on concrete goals and projects – for now and in the future. Of course we can also help organisations visualize the results of this expedition and make them concrete and practical.
